Sitting Filly with machine embroidered eyes, without cutie mark, hand & machine sewn, made of minky
Bodysize without mane & tail: ~26 cm (10") height ~14 cm (5,5

I just finished tiny Sweetie Belle! (I wanted to to the mane and the tail first at the little one to see if the mane&tail patternthing works as I thought :3 - and it worked :D)
She is (with tail & mane) 19 cm (7,5") width and 8,5 cm (3,4") height. Because of her tiny size some parts were kinda tricky to sew on, but I really like how everything - especially mane and tail - turns out <3. She's made of minky, has machinembroiderd eyes and filled with fiberfill.
She'll sit on my sewing machine from now one and cheer me up if something makes me crazy ^-^"/

Feel free to comment and ask everything you like :D

EDIT: wow, I can't believe it.. about 200 favourites!! Thank you SO MUCH ;_;

First, what a lovely little cutie pie Sweetie is here, resting pensively and probably wondering what her special talent will involve. (Or at least if you want a little irony you can think that). On top of a beautiful plushie you also managed compose a gorgeous photography to show off your handiwork. Sometimes people make the most beautiful things only to have the photographs come out terribly, but here you've done a terrific job twice over. And she does seem so snug an perfect there, especially with good contrasts and especially nice, comfortable lighting.

Wow! Thank you for this awesome detailed comment!
Your absolutly right about the photography. I just saw so many beautiful works and it turned me really so sad seeing such "loveless" taken photos of them. I tried hard so take a photo what connected the plush (+character) and a pretty picture. <3

We see a lot of them show up on #PoniesPlus and it hurts a bit to turn away something simply because of it. However, fortunately I had two good, much older friends who were very much into photography – in the olden days. Learned a lot, but still I can't hold a light meter to their skill or sense of composition.

Also, I understand that it's tough for most people when they don't have the best of cameras and especially the right kind of lighting. Not every thinks to use a drop sheet, use some strong/diving flashlights with white plastic bags as diffusers, or even go around town searching for just the right location. (On top of that, the library branch I use is very old and has lots of great places to set up some neat shots, but it's illegal to take photographs without written permission from the press manager at the main headquarters, known as "Central." [Orwellian enough?])

My strategy? Simple: take lots of pictures, maybe 50-100 for items while changing set-ups or up to 300 if I'm out shooting nature scenes. If I'm lucky I'll find one outstanding picture to use. Also, if I'm lucky, I'll see and remember the mistakes that ruined others. I keep wondering if I should make a tutorial for getting good photographs on the cheap. Lots of aluminum foil, masking and duck tape, flashlights, bags, always using the tripod with the auto-timer (virtually no shaking/vibration), etc.

Somehow I think you simply have good eye, a sharp brain, and plenty of inspiration. At the same time I don't doubt that you also put in a lot of practice and patience of your own to get there.

This is absolutely adorable! I suppose you don't share patterns...? I have a friend who's a big My Little Pony fan and I wanted to make a Pinkie Pie for her in this style, but I only recently started making plushies and absolutely suck at figuring out patterns...

I absolutly can understand that! I also saved my money to buy one. There are some cheaper than the 750e, but for me - it was important to have an usb slot. embroidery cards are expensive too, so if you wann do your own designs you should think about that :3
